Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon confirmed to be extradited to the United States, facing civil and criminal charges from the SEC and the U.S. prosecutors. His legal team attempted to have Do Kwon extradited to South Korea but was rejected.

Former CFO of Terraform Labs Faces Multiple Charges

According to Chosun Ilbo, Han Chang-jun, the former CFO of Terraform Labs, has been transferred for trial after being detained for 21 days. He is accused of creating a false impression of Terra's normal operations and profiting over 53.6 billion South Korean won, approximately $40.26 million, by selling LUNA behind the scenes.
