US law enforcement agencies have officially filed charges, SBF has been arrested by the Bahamian police.

According to CNBC breaking news, SBF has been arrested by the Bahamian police.
Bahamian Attorney General Ryan Pinder stated that, following criminal charges filed by the U.S. Department of Justice, SBF was arrested under extradition law. Once the formal request is made by the U.S., it will be handled according to extradition obligations.
A tweet from the U.S. Southern District of New York Attorney's Office also confirmed the indictment of SBF, but the indictment is still under seal.
SDNY (Southern District of New York) has submitted a sealed indictment to the Bahamian authorities, who tonight arrested SBF at the request of the U.S. government. We expect to unseal the indictment in the morning for more information.

On the other hand, the Bahamian Prime Minister also stated that the Bahamas and the U.S. share a common position, which is to hold FTX accountable for the incident.
The U.S. has now criminally charged SBF, and the Bahamas will continue to cooperate with the U.S. and regulatory authorities worldwide to oversee and investigate the FTX collapse.
