CryptoPunk#5671 = Company Ownership
DeGen Data announced that the company's product will come with the sale of CryptoPunk#5671, which last sold for 25.99 ETH and will be transferred to the new owner. The sale will commence at midnight on January 1, 2022, UTC time, and the buyer will obtain ownership of DeGen Data.
DeGen Data sees this as a breakthrough for NFTs, marking the first instance of selling a company in the form of an NFT, granting the holder all intellectual property and related assets.
DeGen Data believes that in the future, intellectual property, branding, and ownership can all be represented through NFT applications, going beyond just a JPEG.
DeGen Data, based in the United States, also provides legal documents for the buyer to sign and welcomes inquiries from interested parties. The company stated that the reason for selling the company is to focus on another company dedicated to DeFi products.

NFT On-Chain Data Website?
DeGen Data's main focus is to provide users with the buying and selling status of individual NFT projects, as well as offering NFT attributes as individual options, allowing users to track the market status of desired traits and rare NFTs.
However, the platform has a limited number of NFT projects and is not very popular. The community generally prefers to use rarity.tools instead.
