Azuki Elementals twin protagonists appeared! Why is the picture all black when opened? Why are they unwilling to sell?

By coincidence, in yesterday's article on the 28th, we shared the phenomenon of the twins in Azuki's new project. Unexpectedly, shortly after the article was published, one of the owners of the twins on the cover was found. Seizing this great opportunity, we interviewed the "lucky one" Ting, hoping that his positive attitude could help the entire Azuki community get through this rough patch together!

Note: Azuki co-founder 2PMFLOW.ETH stated that the duplication of images was due to a technical glitch, which has now been resolved.

Azuki Twins Phenomenon Victim Speaks Out!

The interviewee, Ting, had been deeply rooted in traditional industries for several years, enjoying a generous salary. However, after getting involved with the Phanta Bear crypto community, also known as the Grand Bear, Ting decided to resign and transition into the world of blockchain for further learning.

As an NFT enthusiast, Ting holds a variety of NFTs, including CloneX, Otherdeed, and mfers. However, he admitted that these NFTs are currently at a loss, with only the initial Phanta Bear bringing him some gains. Within the Azuki ecosystem, Ting also holds BEANZ and Azuki Elementals.

Azuki Unveils Bitter-Sweet Experience

Upon seeing the trailer for Azuki Elementals, Ting expressed anticipation as he learned from the community that it would be a new PFP project and looked forward to pairing it with Azuki. After officially entering the minting process, Ting remained positive, stating:

"I heard they put effort into Gas for this mint, and in reality, it wasn't expensive to mint, plus the manually revealed design is pretty good."

However, unexpectedly, the tragedy began after the reveal.

Ting stated that when he revealed his Azuki Elementals around 2:30 AM yesterday, the screen was completely black and not tradable, unlike others whose were normal. However, Ting also found a fellow sufferer in the Azuki Discord, leading him to suspect a collision of images.

While scrolling through social media apps later, Ting discovered that the NFT in the article's cover looked very similar to his, and upon clicking, he realized his worst fears had come true.

"Dumbfounded, rare ones don’t have my share, but twins have mine?" Ting remarked.

Despite Azuki's team making such a bizarre mistake, Ting still finds his artwork appealing, so he doesn't feel dissatisfied because liking it is the most important thing.

Ting's Azuki Elementals holdings

Why Willing to Hold Azuki Elementals Long-term? Does Big Brother Maji Boost Confidence?

Regarding whether he would sell due to image collision, Ting stated he wouldn't do so at the moment, and would wait for the official statement and solution amidst the current FUD sentiment.

Azuki's subsequent statement: OG Azuki always remains at the core of the community, introducing the mysterious green beans.

Additionally, Ting shared reasons for being willing to hold long-term, pointing out that Azuki is better than the classic project CloneX for him.

"I think the most important thing is to be doing something and giving back. I also hold CloneX, but what they do is just asking us to buy. If Azuki handles this well, I think I will still hold it," Ting said.

So from a community perspective, how can Azuki's official team remedy the situation to satisfy the majority?

Ting suggested locking up Azuki Elementals and prohibiting trading, then airdropping new characters that appeared in the original teaser animation at a 1:1 ratio. Additionally, as a gesture of apology, Ting also suggested airdropping something small or releasing new information.

Lastly, curious about Big Brother Maji Huang Licheng's heavy accumulation of Azuki, would this increase Ting's confidence in Azuki?

In response, Ting remained negative, as he had a bad memory of Huang Licheng from his previous investment in ApeCoin, but Ting also straightforwardly replied:

"Those who have faith will have faith, after all, NFTs are products born out of faith."
