Line's Web3 game company announced the launch of multiple NFT games! Official event is ongoing for a limited time.

Japanese communication giant Line's blockchain and NFT company, Line Next, announced on May 11 that it will launch five NFT-based games with completely different styles on its Web3 gaming platform Game Dosi between 2022 and 2023. The company has released gameplay footage of the related games. At the same time, a special limited-time event on the official website is currently underway, where participants can complete missions within a specified time to receive various discounts and rewards.

Line Stays Ahead Despite Downturn in NFT Market

Line Next is a joint venture established by the popular communication and social app Line in December 2021. It is dedicated to creating a user-friendly NFT trading platform, developing and expanding an NFT ecosystem for businesses, communities, and other audiences. In November last year, Line Next launched the official website of its native Web3 gaming platform, GAME DOSI, and has recently announced five new games set to be released in the second half of 2023. Here are the details:

  • Sweet Monster Guardians: A strategic defense game where users defend a town by dragging and dropping unique character cards. As the flagship game, it will have its first NFT presale on GAME DOSI.

  • VLO (Vestria the Last Order): A collective RPG role-playing game featuring various adventure atmospheres and battle scenes in a war setting.

  • KEROZ: A Roguelike adventure game that offers a spectacular action gaming experience.

  • Drawshop Kingdom Reverse: A browser game based on blockchain where users can obtain NFTs through avatars, machines, and dolls.

  • Project GD: A competitive card strategy and trading game (TCG) based on NFTs produced by Line Next, with detailed specifics yet to be revealed.

It is worth noting that according to Line's official press release, the final game, Project GD, is an in-house exclusive game that will evolve over time, spanning collaborations with multiple games.

Member NFT Sales and Community Incentive Activities Underway

In addition, the official sale of Game Dosi Member NFT Passes is scheduled for May 18, with a limit of 4,000 passes. These passes come in gold and platinum levels and will offer benefits such as early access to new games, priority and discounted NFT purchases, and community incentive programs.

To celebrate the launch on official Twitter and Discord, a limited-time special event exclusive to its community members started on May 11. Game Dosi will provide NFT rewards from its upcoming Project GD custom game, where players can complete tasks found on the official website to earn rewards until May 31. Additional NFT rewards will be raffled based on the number of users registered on GAME DOSI's Discord.
