Trade with ease and no worries! Mask Network

Mask Network's Maskbook announced on September 25th that it has introduced a full suite of multi-functional cryptocurrency financial management plugins supported by CoinMarketCap and Uniswap on platforms such as Twitter.

From Maskbook to Mask Network

Originally known as Maskbook, Mask Network was initially designed to create a free and open-source browser extension to protect Facebook user data. It allowed users to post encrypted messages on Facebook, visible only to authorized users chosen by the poster, with even Facebook and Maskbook developers unable to access the content. Over time, Maskbook shifted its focus to the broader cryptocurrency market and rebranded as Mask Network.

Recently, the team collaborated with MakerDAO to introduce the "Twitter Red Packets" application, allowing users to send red packets in DAI on Twitter. They have also actively partnered with projects like Injective Protocol, Arweave, and Phala Network, aiming to become a gateway tool for Web 3.0.

Release of Latest Product

According to Mask Network, on September 25th, they announced the introduction of a comprehensive financial plugin supported by CoinMarketCap and Uniswap on platforms like Twitter.(source).

After viewing cryptocurrency-related tweets or messages on Twitter, users can now hover over any text containing "$ + token" (e.g., "$ETH" or "$UNI") to instantly see token prices and even trade without leaving the Twitter page, thanks to the CMC price charts and Uniswap trading functions in the first version released on September 24th. The second version, featuring Initial Twitter Offering, yield aggregator, and portfolio analysis, will be launched within 45 days.

Suji Yan, the founder of Mask Network, mentioned in aninterview:

"Our ultimate goal is to achieve decentralization. This is why we introduced Initial Twitter Offering and many other upcoming features. Our vision has never changed: to bring decentralized networks into the current internet."

Next Stop: NFT Market

In addition to the above features, the company is also eyeing the emerging NFT trading market, aiming to create a market for trading non-fungible tokens within the plugin. The Mask team believes that in the near future, most digital content on the internet, including images, videos, and articles, will quickly transition to NFTs and be stored in decentralized networks like IPFS.

Taylor Zhang, a core member of Mask Network, stated:

"We believe the scalability of NFT e-commerce platforms will be enormous, and we hope people will use Mask Network to trade NFTs on Twitter."
