New Media Prediction Platform MYRIAD

According to a report by Decrypt, the MYRIAD prediction platform is an extension of the DASTAN digital media ecosystem, integrating brands including Decrypt and Rug Radio, emphasizing a more fair system for content creators and consumers through on-chain prediction markets and MYRIAD missions Quests.

Unlike Polymarket's single platform, MYRIAD has an app, website, and browser extension application, allowing users to register or log in with FB, Apple ID, or Google accounts without installing a wallet, making the platform more user-friendly for non-crypto audiences.

Additionally, through the browser extension feature, MYRIAD's prediction events can be directly displayed on platforms like Youtube, X, and can also be shown below related news articles.

MYRIAD Missions and User Reward Points

MYRIAD is currently in the closed beta phase, and users can only register to participate in the waiting list.

In addition, MYRIAD's daily missions will encourage user engagement through a reward system, including reading articles, watching videos, and completing content-based quizzes, aiming to increase user retention or further enhance exposure on social platforms.

Establishing a New Economic Model for Media

MYRIAD emphasizes that its mechanism can transform passive readers into active participants, redefine the interaction between users and media, and provide sustainable revenue sources for publishers, advertisers, and creators.

CEO of DASTAN, Loxley Fernandes, stated:

Through the MYRIAD ecosystem, we have the opportunity to change the landscape of digital media, providing a more engaging experience for media consumers, rebuilding user trust in the media, and establishing new sustainable economic models for digital media creators and publishers.

Co-founder of DASTAN, Ilan Hazan, also emphasized that users will be rewarded, creators will receive fair compensation, and advertisers will achieve higher ROI.

However, despite this, MYRIAD still lacks many details, especially regarding the specific applications of its points system, which may directly impact user engagement levels.
