Unibot Hacked, Currently Losses Around $600,000

Blockchain analytics firm Scopescan has reported that hackers transferred meme coins from user wallets, including:

  • $DAVID

  • $TISM

  • $AIX

  • $BCAT

  • Platform token $UNIBOT

The hackers quickly converted them to ETH, resulting in losses estimated at around $560,000.

Users Urged to Revoke Unibot Smart Contract Authorization Immediately

Scopescan also advises users to revoke their smart contract authorization with Unibot immediately and transfer funds to a new wallet.

Unibot UNIBOT experienced a rapid decline after the hack.

Earlier reports indicated that blockchain security company Certik had warned about the risks of many Telegram Bots creating encrypted wallets for users online, as the ownership of private keys remains unknown.

Unibot Official: Compensating All Losses

Unibot's tweet stated that they have temporarily halted the router to contain the vulnerability, and any users who suffered losses due to the approval vulnerability in the new router will be compensated.

The official statement claims that users' private keys and wallets are secure and that an incident report will be released in the future.
