Your domain name is out! ENS DAO launches a constitution physical book, listing nearly 50,000 registered domain names.

The Ethereum Name Service (ENS) released its official constitution on May 4th, announcing it on their website. The constitution outlines the charter of the decentralized organization ENS DAO, along with nearly 50,000 registered domain names, available in physical book form, limited edition physical book, and online version.

ENS DAO Charter

The ENS DAO Charter consists of five simple rules:

  • Domain ownership should not be infringed upon
  • Primary revenue mechanism is through registration fees: to avoid speculative purposes, fund development; to prevent speculative purposes, registration fees may be increased
  • Revenue should be used to support ENS and other public goods: revenue will not be used for personal or team purposes mentioned above
  • ENS should strive to integrate with the global naming space: without sacrificing decentralization
  • Amendments to the constitution are made by majority vote: at least 1% of tokens must participate, and more than 2/3 must agree to pass

Domain Names Recorded in the Book

A total of 47,167 domain names are included in this book, with an additional 1,656 domain names bound to NFT avatars, which are printed in the book in image form.
