Avalanche Protocol Founder: 12% Workforce Reduction
It's challenging to navigate a bear market, but a 12% workforce reduction will allow us to reallocate resources to drive the Avalanche ecosystem over the next few years. We are very grateful to everyone who has contributed to Ava Labs.
However, the exact number of people affected by the "12%" remains unknown at this time.
Today we parted ways with some of our Ava Labs team members. We are no longer a 12 person startup, but we strive to capture the speed and energy of a small, nimble team.

Multiple Avalanche Protocol Employees Speak Out
@TradingAloha from the gaming and marketing department has resigned, indicating that the layoffs are just a part of future restructuring.
Garrison Yang, Vice President of Growth and Strategy, mentioned in a post that the layoffs have impacted "many people," and he is currently trying to connect these individuals with potential job opportunities.
