Chen Haozhi stated:

Cocos-BCX is a community-driven project that relies on community support for its development. Since the first COCOS ecosystem partner consensus conference held by Cocos-BCX on August 19, the project has launched its global first coin on the Binance Launchpad, announced the third phase of ecosystem partners, added two new games "Crypto Tanks" and "Taklamakan Planet" to the testnet, and partnered with HashQuark, Cobo, White Matrix, and SlowMist, among others.

Furthermore, at the Gaming Oasis Hackathon in Shanghai jointly organized with Binance Labs, Contentos, Celer Network, 11 teams participated, with 8 teams choosing to develop blockchain games based on Cocos-BCX testnet.

"While facing market challenges, Cocos-BCX has clear plans for the future. The upcoming major event will be the launch of the mainnet in Q4 this year. During this period, Cocos-BCX will continue to introduce new ecosystem projects. Leveraging its existing strengths, Cocos-BCX may integrate cloud gaming technology and traditional gaming resources," Chen Haozhi added.

Ecosystem Partner Cocos-BCX UN Shares: Next Year Will Be a Year of Harvest for Everyone

In the following segment, outstanding ecosystem partners PureWallet, Cocos Integrated Terminal, Wildflowers Talk COCOS, and Cocos-BCX UN shared their insights.

PureWallet stated:

PureWallet has always prioritized user experience and has put a lot of effort into selecting public chains and enhancing user experience, providing in-depth services for public chains. Participating as a COCOS ecosystem partner, PureWallet recognized Cocos-BCX's strong technical capabilities and gaming expertise. PureWallet has developed a block browser, cocosabc.com, specifically for Cocos-BCX.

The COCOS Integrated Terminal showcased its progress over the past month, integrating online contract IDE and asset design tools in the terminal, allowing developers to quickly complete contract deployment, asset creation, and updates.

Wildflowers Talk COCOS expressed plans to leverage community media advantages, form alliances with active self-media, maintain exposure in the industry's leading media, and enhance Cocos-BCX's promotional efforts.

Cocos-BCX UN mentioned that they have created 20 Cocos-BCX special community groups, organized and participated in 17 online and offline events during the contribution period, and published 34 original and reposted articles. Cocos-BCX UN stated:

Despite the challenging market environment, we are confident in the ecosystem layout and technological progress of Cocos-BCX. Everyone is looking forward to finding opportunities in Cocos-BCX's blockbuster games. As several large-scale blockchain projects like Cocos-BCX are scheduled to launch this year, next year is expected to be a breakthrough year for the industry and a year of achievement for everyone!

Ecosystem Partner Taklamakan Planet Proposal: Set the Benchmark First to Show the Profit Effect to Others

In the proposal segment, Taklamakan Planet and BlockLords presented their proposals.

Taklamakan Planet stated:

Cocos-BCX has been very supportive of developers, but there is room for improvement in community governance. They suggested providing more incentives to developers who respond actively and selecting outstanding projects as benchmarks to demonstrate the profit effect to other developers.

In response to Taklamakan Planet's proposal, the Product Manager of Cocos-BCX, Yue Chao, replied:

Cocos-BCX has been promoting community governance. However, in the early stages of the testnet, Cocos-BCX will provide a reference product, and later these tasks will be decentralized to the ecosystem. For instance, the block browser has been handed over to PureWallet.

Regarding the level of incentives, Yue Chao mentioned that Cocos-BCX will explore more open and transparent ways to approach this matter and will first communicate with the ecosystem and partners, welcoming proposals.

BlockLords stated:

The team is planning to bring ChessLord and CoinRaiders to Cocos-BCX and will allow core BlockLords players to try them out first to bring some of BlockLords' existing users into the Cocos-BCX ecosystem for feedback.

"We are developing BlockLords 2.0 on Ethereum using ERC-721 NFT. We are also interested in BCX-NASH-1808 from Cocos-BCX. We plan to make it compatible. We hope more projects with existing Ethereum NFT elements will promote the BCX-NASH-1808 standard and encourage more blockchain game projects to use it," they added.

In response to BlockLords' proposal, Yue Chao mentioned that Cocos-BCX has signed agreements with many projects regarding the BCX-NHAS-1808 standard, which will be announced during the mainnet launch.

Due to considerations for the third contribution period including holidays, Aivon Community proposed extending the evaluation deadline for the third period. Alvin, the Community Manager of Cocos-BCX, responded to Aivon Community's proposal, stating that a decision will be made based on the feedback from ecosystem partners after the meeting.

Question Segment: NFT or Blockchain Games as a Pathway to Connect with Traditional Games

In the second-phase ecosystem partner question segment, CardMaker, Bitcocos, and COCOS Little Angels raised relevant questions.

CardMaker mentioned:

Currently, the industry has limited traffic, and many public chains are looking to blockchain games to attract traffic. Given Cocos-BCX's accumulation in the traditional gaming sector, when developers integrate with Cocos-BCX, will there be a bridge to reach the traditional gaming sector?

In response, Chen Haozhi mentioned that NFTs could be a pathway to connect with traditional game resources. By binding IP to NFTs and trading through NFTs, traditional game resources can be accessed.

User education takes time, and Cocos-BCX will allocate resources to help teams through this period to become established teams with industry expertise. Additionally, Cocos-BCX will cultivate a group of seed users who will drive the transformation.

COCOS Little Angels asked when Cocos-BCX will initiate the liquidity of COCOS in games.

Chen Haozhi responded: After the mainnet launch.
