Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov tweeted on the evening of the 26th, stating: "Ukraine accepts donations in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT." Based on the past posts from this verified account, it does appear to be Mykhailo Fedorov himself. However, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin advised against donating hastily. Nevertheless, the official confirmation later verified the address, making it an official announcement.
