Crackdown on "creative private room" virtual currency money laundering! KMT proposes Internet Sexual Violence Prevention Act to curb illegal money flow and voyeuristic behavior.

In recent times, the Taiwanese society has once again sparked public attention due to a well-known artist, Huang Zijiao, being suspected of purchasing indecent images of underage girls. Against this backdrop, Kuomintang legislators have held a press conference and proposed a series of new laws to strengthen the prevention of online sexual violence, particularly targeting illegal financial transactions and voyeuristic behavior.

Exposing Ongoing Money Laundering and Urging Immediate Action

Kuomintang (KMT) legislators Chen Jinghui, Ke Zhi'en, Li Yanshu, and Ge Rujun emphasized on 4/10 the need for strict crackdown on online criminal money flows.

Legislator Ge Rujun specifically revealed the money laundering situation of the so-called "Creative Private Room" forum at a press conference, disclosing that the platform's money flow has not been cut off to date, with trading activities even occurring just 10 hours ago. This situation demonstrates the current regulatory shortcomings, and legislators urge law enforcement agencies to closely cooperate with trading platforms to swiftly block illegal money flows and protect public safety.

"Creative Private Room" Operates with Cryptocurrency Support, Easily Traceable to Multiple Taiwanese Members

Blockchain self-media "BlockForce" also reported on the high cryptocurrency money flows of Creative Private Room, tracing back several frequently used USDT addresses. BlockForce stated: "It's bold to buy Creative Private Room memberships with cryptocurrency. Because each transaction on the blockchain has a transaction ID (txid), and exchanges have user information. Just match the two, and you'll know who the buyer is, right?"

Proposal to Strengthen Regulations on Online Sexual Violence

In response to the increasingly severe issue of online sexual violence, KMT legislators proposed five demands under the theme "Protecting the Rights of Children! Deter Online Sexual Violence and Allow the Next Generation to Grow Up Well." This includes amending the Sexual Violence Crime Prevention Act, establishing a dedicated team for sexual crimes, using blockchain technology to trace crimes, supporting psychological counseling systems for sexual violence victims, and incorporating anti-voyeurism measures into public designs. Additionally, they emphasized the need to increase legal responsibility for child sexual exploitation to combat such criminal behaviors.

Focus on Public Safety and Education Reform

During the press conference, legislators also called for efforts to start from education and public design to prevent voyeurism and sexual violence incidents. They proposed enhancing safety education and preventive measures in schools and public places, such as educational training on anti-pinhole voyeurism and improving surveillance and protection of public facilities. These measures aim to fundamentally enhance societal awareness and prevention capabilities against sexual violence issues.

The actions of the KMT legislators reflect the serious and urgent awareness of Taiwanese society regarding online sexual crimes. Through legislative amendments and the implementation of new measures, they hope to effectively combat criminal activities and safeguard the growth environment of future generations, enabling every child to grow up in a safe and healthy environment.
