Telegram Bombshell Revelation: Former Venture Capital Partner Reveals a Good Way to Lure in Big Players

The anonymous Twitter user adyingnobody posted on 6/7, stating that a vulnerability discovered three years ago on Telegram TG allowed him to have a God's eye view, enabling him to view any group or user messages without entering private groups.

Explosive Revelation?

He claims to have gathered insider information from October 2019 to May 2022, including how VCs and KOLs achieve success in economics and social media, how they create scams and Rug Pulls firsthand, artists posing as developers, developers pretending to be artists, etc., with a vast amount of information.

adyingnobody created a Twitter account in June and plans to release detailed information in three phases, providing a compressed file password through a signed transaction from address 0xdC56BCccf3fa51687f339E2425E9Bc1a2acB42Ee.

6/15:

  • Crypto KOLs: From 800 followers to as many as 1 million KOLs.
  • Racist, homophobic, adulterous, and sexually abusive chat content in crypto communities.
  • KOLs' specific discussions on Rug Pull projects from December 2019 to February 2022.
  • Collaboration via TG for murder and cryptocurrency theft.

June 30:

  • Founders of projects in the top 200 by market capitalization, how they meticulously design to extract funds from users.
  • Private jets, luxury homes, ubiquitous revelry.
  • Criminal behaviors such as sexual assault, rape, and pedophilia, with victims as young as eight years old.
  • Three instances of collaboration via TG for murder.

adyingnobody claims to be seriously ill and on the verge of death, feeling overwhelming guilt, which is why he wants to make the insider information public. All insider details will be released in a file named "CTGHistory" on 7/7.

Security Researcher: Improbable

Crypto security researcher and CIA Officer stated on Twitter that, based on TG's infrastructure, simply accessing Telegram documents, APIs, and Zerodium's website would reveal that there's no way any vulnerabilities could be exploited.

He believes this is a phishing message to observe reactions from various sectors. If any heavyweight Twitter accounts are deleted during this period, it suggests potential involvement in the aforementioned criminal activities.

Since adyingnobody claims to have contacted the TG team regarding this matter, the CIA Officer feels that simply monitoring whether TG updates for vulnerabilities will help determine its authenticity.

Venture Capital Partner: Phishing is Effective

Former partner at venture capital firm Spartan Group, Jason Choi, pointed out that this TG leak is highly suspicious and serves as a good method to quickly entice whales, venture capitalists, and founders to click and download unknown files.

He suggested waiting for investigative journalism reports or leaving it to cybersecurity professionals to handle would be the best course of action.

Additional: According to The Block's report, a Telegram spokesperson dismissed the incident as having all the hallmarks of a hoax, with the sole purpose of enticing clickers to download malicious software to steal private keys.

Telegram Official Statement Update 6/8

Following the rapid spread of this message in the community, Telegram officials swiftly responded on Twitter, stating they have never encountered such vulnerabilities. This could be a hoax aimed at getting users to download malicious software.

Furthermore, after publishing this article, Telegram officials expressed via email to us that the Telegram security team has not received any contact regarding this issue. The anonymous individual's description of the so-called vulnerability is at best a fantasy. This is just a common phishing scam in the crypto community.

At present, there is no evidence to suggest adyingnobody's account is true. Please do not overly believe rumors and exercise caution before clicking on any emails or links.
