When SEC account got hacked, what was the SEC chairman doing? Beeple

The SEC's Twitter account was hacked, causing a surge in Bitcoin to nearly $48,000 after a fake "ETF approval" message was posted, only to plummet shortly after. This added another layer of chaos to the cryptocurrency trading market on the eve of the ETF approval. Digital artist Beeple responded to this event with a satirical artwork titled "Busy Afternoon for Gary".

What jokes did Beeple include in the artwork?

In the painting, SEC Chairman Gary Gensler is sitting at his desk, holding a photo of Alameda's CEO Caroline (SBF's ex-girlfriend) in his right hand, while his left hand is...

On Gary Gensler's desk, there are six screens showing different web content:

  • One screen displays the fake news released by the SEC
  • Two screens are trading NFTs
  • One screen is trading meme coins
  • One screen is on the login page of OnlyFans, with the email address [email protected]

Interestingly, in the painting, Gary Gensler also has his password written on a sticky note attached to the screen, and the password is related to Bitcoin, "tigolbitcoinz."

Under the desk, the computer tower also has a sticker similar to a PFP NFT avatar sticker.

In the far corner of the office, there is a cheerful photo of Biden smiling.

Recently, Beeple also came up with a way for fervent supporters to simultaneously hold various coins while maintaining their faith, called the "BTC-ETH-SOL" merged holy knight! This allows people to confidently support three different coins at the same time!
