Bumper Harvest! Looking into 2022, what is the FTX team looking forward to? And which new features are they most interested in?
When it comes to reviewing the performance of cryptocurrency exchanges in 2021, FTX is definitely the MVP in the minds of many in the community. FTX has completed many partnership deals this year, including recruiting numerous sports stars as ambassadors, naming the Miami Heat arena, and acquiring the US regulated derivatives exchange LedgerX. Looking ahead to 2022, founder SBF has already shared his views, but what about the FTX team?

FTX has accomplished a lot this year. In April, they secured the exclusive naming rights for the NBA Miami Heat's arena (FTX Arena), partnered with Major League Baseball (MLB), signed numerous sports stars as brand ambassadors, and acquired the U.S. derivatives exchange LedgerX by the end of the year, obtaining three licenses from the CFTC.
Not only that, FTX has made many improvements to its trading interface and introduced new features such as FTX Pay, NFT trading, and collaborated with the cold wallet provider Ledger to launch the FTX Financial Card.
FTX's efforts are reflected in its rapid valuation growth, increasing from $1.2 billion at the end of 2020 to over 20 times that in October 2021, reaching a valuation of $25 billion in B-1 round.
FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has shared many thoughts on these milestones in the past and recently penned his outlook for 2022. Additionally, he compiled the team's expectations for 2022 and upcoming trends or features.
"I've said enough about FTX, so I want to let the team speak about their thoughts, what themes or upcoming features excite them the most."
1) Y'all hear enough about FTX from me.
So here's a thread of what upcoming features our team is most excited about.
(The thread will grow as others tack on!)

I am excited about our progress with regulatory authorities. I hope FTX continues to lead and make it easier for retail and institutional investors to enter the crypto market. There are still differing opinions on the future of regulating cryptocurrencies, and regulatory uncertainty hinders the development or use of cryptocurrencies.
