Elon Musk's Twitter storm: "Bitcoin is my safe word," and then just one word: "Doge."
Recently, Bitcoin has been hitting new all-time highs, and Tesla's founder Elon Musk has been posting a series of cryptic and ambiguous tweets related to cryptocurrency today. These tweets have once again fueled the frenzy in the crypto community, including statements like "Bitcoin is my safe word," "Bitcoin is almost as bs as fiat money," and mentioning his favorite: Dogecoin.

Security Phrase
Elon Musk tweeted today, "Bitcoin is my security phrase." He then followed up with another comment claiming he was just joking. He questioned who would actually need a security phrase.
Although Musk claimed it was just a joke, by the time of publication, the tweet had received over eight thousand retweets and more than fifty thousand likes.
In fact, Musk's forward-thinking style has always intrigued the crypto community, leading them to believe that he will one day come out in support of Bitcoin. Despite Musk's occasional mentions of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin, he stated in January of this year that Bitcoin was "not" his security phrase.
Bitcoin is *not* my safe word

However, today's tweet from Musk may be the craziest for the crypto community yet. Fans commented below the tweet, some suggesting that Bitcoin will collapse and rise to $50,000 in the next five years, to which Musk responded, "Sounds reasonable."
However, in his latest tweet, he also pointed out, "Bitcoin is almost as BS as fiat money."

"Former" Dogecoin Founder
There is a reason why the crypto community is so eager for Musk's involvement. In May of this year, J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, asked what Bitcoin was on Twitter, and notable figures such as Vitalik, the founder of Ethereum, Daniel Larimer, the founder of EOS, and Musk all stepped in to explain.
I don’t understand bitcoin. Please explain it to me.

Although Musk stated at the time that he only had 0.25 Bitcoin, he also gave a positive response to Bitcoin, stating:
Compared to the massive issuance of currency by central banks, internet money - Bitcoin is more stable.
In addition, Musk tweeted without context in July of this year:
Dogecoin storm is coming.
As a result, Dogecoin surged over 20% that day. This was not the first time Elon Musk publicly mentioned Dogecoin; in the past, he tweeted that Dogecoin might be his favorite cryptocurrency and even changed his bio to "CEO of Dogecoin," later changing it to "former CEO of Dogecoin."
Today, Musk once again mentioned Dogecoin in a cryptic manner:
One word: Dogecoin
One word: Doge

His cryptic tweet once again sparked FOMO sentiment in the market, and the price of Dogecoin surged nearly 20% within a few hours. However, from today's series of tweets, it seems that Musk still has a mysterious affection for Dogecoin, while he doesn't seem to have any special feelings towards Bitcoin.
