FTX spokesperson and Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary angrily demands: "I want my money back! Restart the servers and give me my account records."
"I want my money back, that's the deal," said Kevin O'Leary, spokesperson for FTX and investor on the show "Shark Tank," in an interview.
"I don't know how it's going to end, I don't know who's going to jail, who's committing fraud. But I'll get to the bottom of it! Because this is 100% audit-able."
"I don't care how much it costs. You can't take my money and expect me to do nothing."
"I'm going to chase this down like any other institution would do. Every lawyer and their dog is on this trying to figure out what's going on."
"But we don't know anything yet, why can't we have the truth first?"
Kevin O'Leary stated that SBF (Sam Bankman-Fried) was ousted from the company and even his email was disabled. After the company announced bankruptcy reorganization, he couldn't access past information. If he is one of the pieces of this puzzle, it could help uncover the truth.

Only Angry Crowd and Speculations, But No Grounds for Claims
Kevin O’Leary said, "We don't have facts, we just have a bunch of speculation and an angry mob. We have inference but no basis for any claims. 'I'm not interested in joining those mobs, I just want the facts!'"
Restart Servers! I Want Transparent Trading Records
Kevin O’Leary stated, "What I'm asking for is a transparent, complete record of account trading. These things have been wiped out now; millions of dollars are gone. There are no accounting records, no exchange records, nothing." He mentioned that someone has control over that server. He said, "For our tax, accounting, and compliance needs as institutional investors, we need the server back online so we can see this information." He is not concerned about whether the exchange continues to operate; what he wants is to be able to fully audit every transaction in his account.
