Face Forward Project
The Face Forward Project creates personalized NFT portraits for adolescents aged 12-18 who have received the Covid-19 vaccine. These unique NFTs embody the optimism and ambition of Chicago's youth, as well as their choice to protect themselves and those around them through vaccination.
Face Forward signifies looking ahead, symbolizing a future that is optimistic and safe post-vaccination.
Personal Portrait NFTs
Renowned Chicago photographer Sandro Miller will take photos of all vaccinated adolescents, which will be post-processed to create NFTs. These children can then claim their NFTs on the NFT trading platform Vast, choosing to keep them for personal collection or list them for sale.
Each NFT is accompanied by the popular single One of One by Chicago artist Keith Harris, capturing the stylistic essence of the local youth. The song, One of One, resonates with the unique nature of NFTs, inspiring the entire project.
