Jay Chou claimed that a Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT was stolen, resold twice on LooksRare, and the non-stolen NFT has been transferred.

Singer Jay Chou posted on Instagram on April 1st, stating, "I got robbed," along with a picture of his Bored Ape #3738. As it was April Fools' Day, there were mixed opinions on whether it was a joke or real theft. However, Jay Chou clarified in the post that it was not a joke.

BAYC #3738 Sold Twice on LooksRare

According to on-chain records, Jay Chou transferred BAYC #3738 from his holding address to 0xe34f004bdef6f069b92dc299587d6c8a731072da. The recipient address has been flagged as a phishing address and has records of two sales on the trading platform LooksRare: 130 ETH and 155 ETH.

The phishing address has also received other tokens from elsewhere: MAYC, DOODLE

Jay Chou's Original Address Transferred All Assets After the Incident

According to on-chain data, Jay Chou has transferred all NFTs and funds from the original address to a new address, including many of his iconic NFTs:
