9/1 Update: Confirmed scam, seller has returned funds.
Renowned artist Banksy appears to have released an NFT titled "Great Redistribution of the Climate Change Disaster," portraying a large-scale redistribution of climate change catastrophe. Twitter personality Pranksy shared a URL: https://banksy.co.uk/nft.html This link has been deleted, displaying an image of a character resembling CryptoPunk with a factory emitting thick smoke in the background.
This webpage is not directly linked on Banksy's official website, but according to Banksy's official IG, the official website URL is www.banksy.co.uk, and adding nft.html as a suffix will display the page.

Upon clicking the image, it will directly link to OpenSea's auction, with the issuer being gaakmann. This name is also a pseudonym previously used by Banksy, where Banksy anagram converts to Bryan S Gaakman.
Currently, Pranksy has bid 100 ETH to secure this NFT. He later won the bid with 100 ETH, but it is still not entirely confirmed whether it is an authentic work by Banksy. Moreover, the Metadata of the NFT is editable, posing a risk of image replacement. He later expressed concerns that he may have been deceived:
The Block's Research Director investigated and found many suspicious points with the NFT wallet creation, indicating funds were transferred from a Binance account, utilized the money laundering protocol Tornado, and participated in the gambling platform Dice2Win, urging caution to all.
The wallet that funded this NFT's creation has a lot of suspicious transactions. Funded from Binance (likely KYC-less), used Tornado, and also played Dice2Win.
For now I would say to stay cautious and the link has been pulled again.
