Wheel Cards, the wheelchair version of CryptoPunks, debut on the Binance NFT platform, bringing more convenience to people with disabilities.

The Binance NFT platform will launch a meaningful NFT project called "Wheel Cards" tonight at 7:00 PM, aimed at raising awareness for people with disabilities, eliminating discrimination, and actively providing assistance.

The Warmest NFT: Wheel Cards

Wheel Cards looks like CryptoPunks in wheelchairs, with each "Rollie" featuring different characteristics such as accessories, skin color, race, hair, and wheelchair type. Wheel Cards have been issued on Ethereum in the past, and this BSC version will only release 20 Rollies on the first day.

In the Ethereum version of Rollie, there was an event for wheelchair-friendly individuals. After selling 1% of Rollies, those who marked wheelchair-friendly locations on Google Maps could contact Wheel Cards to receive airdropped NFTs.

This project will also have more benefits related to disabled individuals in the future, such as collaborations with wheelchair artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs to obtain exclusive content or merchandise; launching games with the Paralympics; establishing an NFT creative center, and more.

Founder Kim Kun Ho: Hoping to Bring More Convenience to Wheelchair Users

Kim Kun Ho, the founder of Wheel Cards from South Korea, was one of the initiators of early blockchain conferences at Harvard University. In early 2018, he invited researchers from the Ethereum Foundation to speak and has been invited to give blockchain-related talks in various parts of the world.

He suffered a lower limb paralysis in an accident in 2010, becoming an active advocate for disability-related issues. He even wrote an accessible wheelchair travel guide and won several international film awards for related videos.

After being in a wheelchair, he realized that there were few games he had encountered in the past that featured "disabilities," making him unfamiliar with disabled individuals. The idea behind Wheel Cards is to establish an inclusive metaverse where people can use NFTs to meet and understand individuals with diverse characteristics, regardless of disabilities.
