smoosh.nike Mysterious Website

A mysterious website called smoosh.nike, allegedly created by NIKE to celebrate its 50th anniversary, is circulating on Twitter but remains unverified. Upon entering the site, there are numerous large NIKE logos formed by "smooshing" the NIKE logo, which users can interact with to create variations.

In the limited introductory content, it states: "The first fifty years are special, and the next fifty years we will create together, a new experience from NIKE is coming soon," and users can input their email address.

This appears to be a project with different phases: Learn -> Build -> Prepare to Launch -> Embark. In the current learning phase, it shows: "We are listening to the opinions of the global community to understand how to create the work."

CloneX to be Auctioned at Christie's Hong Kong

RTFKT, a virtual goods studio acquired by NIKE, will auction the NFT collaboration with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami called CloneX at Christie's in Hong Kong on 5/26, with an estimated price of at least five million Hong Kong dollars. Due to CloneX having certain commercial terms, this auction also specifically lists related rights.

Christie's became a mainstream indicator for NFTs after auctioning Beeple's NFT works in the past. Now, it regularly hosts NFT auctions and accepts cryptocurrency bids, with a dedicated page for NFT art themes here, and has previously held joint auctions with OpenSea.
