While most elementary school students are still arguing with their parents to buy video games and mobile games, 12-year-old London boy Benyamin Ahmed has already successfully created an NFT, earning himself $400,000 in just two months.

During the summer vacation, Benyamin Ahmed created a series of NFTs called "Weird Whales," which includes 3,350 "pixelated whales" combining meme images with CryptoPunk elements, each whale having unique features.

Benyamin Ahmed said he learned to write NFT contracts through online courses and sought advice from the community. The cost of this Weird Whales series was around $300. After its launch in July, the Weird Whales series sold out within 9 hours, earning Benyamin Ahmed over 80 Ethereum in just one day. At the current price, this income is worth over $256,000.

In addition, every time a Weird Whales NFT is resold, Benyamin Ahmed receives a 2.5% transaction fee. He earned over 30 Ethereum, worth more than $95,000, through the resale market.

So far, Benyamin Ahmed's Weird Whales have earned him over $350,000. According to media reports, this series is expected to earn Benyamin Ahmed $400,000 by the end of August.

Benyamin Ahmed does not have a bank account, only an Ethereum wallet, so he holds onto the Ethereum without cashing out. He said, "In the future, everyone will no longer need a bank account, just an Ethereum address and wallet will be enough."

However, Benyamin Ahmed did not succeed on his first attempt. Weird Whales is Benyamin's second project. His first creation, "Minecraft Yee Haa," had poor sales. But what's great about Benyamin Ahmed is that he understands it's not just about making money, but about learning and creating, so he doesn't get discouraged and continues to create.

Benyamin Ahmed's father, Imran, is a software developer in traditional finance. He has been encouraging Benyamin Ahmed and his brother Yousef to learn coding since they were 5 or 6 years old.

Imran believes that children should enter this field naturally, like enjoying dancing, cooking, or anything else, without forcing themselves to code due to peer pressure. Children can seek advice and help from a powerful network of technical experts, "just do your best."

Benyamin Ahmed has created many YouTube videos and, like any other child, enjoys swimming, badminton, and practicing taekwondo. Benyamin Ahmed spends about half an hour a day learning to code with his father, even during holidays.

Benyamin Ahmed has already started creating his third superhero-themed series and also plans to create an underwater game with a whale theme.
