300 Pieces of Generative Artwork Auction: No Relation to Bored Ape Yacht Club
TwelveFold will be launching an auction this week for bidding with Bitcoin on a limited edition of 300 pieces of generative artwork that will be recorded on the Bitcoin network using the "Inscription" technology. "Inscription" is a type of digital asset that can be stored on the Bitcoin network, representing unique digital creations, and it is used as an NFT on the Bitcoin network. However, collectors of the Bored Ape Yacht Club series may be disappointed as TwelveFold will not be associated with collections like BAYC.
Yuga Labs stated, "These works are a standalone art project. They will not have any connection or impact on past, present, or future Yuga Labs Ethereum projects."
Not Outsourced Work, Right? Yuga Labs: In-House Production
Following a recent trademark infringement incident involving Yuga Labs, they have specifically clarified that this artwork was entirely produced by an in-house team using 3D models, algorithmic structures, and advanced rendering techniques.
Yuga Labs mentioned that they will announce the exact time and details 24 hours before the release.
