Game developer Animoca announced that it will launch two blockchain games on Flow next year.

Following their collaboration with stablecoin issuer Circle, Dapper Labs continues to establish partnerships with third parties for the Flow blockchain. Blockchain gaming company Animoca Brands announced a partnership with Dapper Labs and plans to launch two blockchain games based on Flow next year.

Star Girl in Flow

According to the latest announcement from blockchain gaming company Animoca Brands on September 22nd, their two games, "MotoGP™" and "Star Girl," will be launched on the Flow blockchain early next year. Animoca Brands is also reportedly an investor in Dapper Labs.

The "Star Girl" series is a highly successful fashion role-playing mobile game under the company, beloved by young female consumers globally. According to official sources, the game has 1 million monthly active users and around 180,000 daily active users. Star Girl is expected to be launched on the Flow blockchain in 2021.

Mik Naayem, Chief Business Officer of Dapper Labs, stated:

"Since 2017, Animoca Brands has been a key supporter of NFTs and decentralized games. We share a common vision and philosophy to build mainstream adoption of decentralized games in an inclusive manner. Through this partnership, we are taking another step closer to realizing this goal."

REVV Community Connects with Flow Community

Additionally, Animoca Brands is also developing a Flow blockchain version for the MotoGP™ racing game. The initial features of the game are expected to be rolled out in the fourth quarter of 2020, with the full product launch in 2021. The MotoGP game will run on Flow and require REVV tokens to play. REVV is an application token issued by Animoca Brands primarily as a payment tool in their racing game ecosystem. Players can acquire REVV tokens through Uniswap, staking, or gameplay.

As REVV is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain, Flow is actively collaborating with CDOT to establish a cross-chain bridge between Ethereum and Flow to bring REVV onto the Flow blockchain. Yat Siu, Co-Founder of Animoca Brands, stated:
