1. All related users of this incident have been satisfactorily resolved immediately;

2. This incident is not related to the choice of Google Authenticator or SMS verification, but #OKX does recommend capable users to use Google Authenticator;

3. OKX's customer account security system has been tested for more than 10 years. We have full confidence in security and will continue to adhere to the principle of compensation for customer losses due to our own reasons;

4. It has been confirmed that someone forged judicial investigation documents to obtain information from a very small number of individual customers. This matter has been filed for investigation by judicial authorities, and we cannot disclose more specific details.
