FTX.US Expected to Complete Investment Next Month
FTX.US officials expect the investment to be completed next month, similar to the acquisition of LedgerX in the past, FTX.US will ensure everything is compliant and approved by regulatory authorities.
The officials stated that FTX.US has been working closely with regulatory agencies since its establishment to establish a compliant cryptocurrency exchange that caters to both retail and institutional investors' needs. To unleash the full potential of FTX.US and IEX, IEX founder Brad Katsuyama believes that the crypto industry and digital asset industry require comprehensive collaboration with regulatory bodies to expand beyond the existing scale.
"From the first conversation with Sam, I have been clear about the unlimited potential of FTX and IEX in the 'digital assets' market, and our alliance will set the standard for market structure, which will ultimately benefit investors. We both view regulatory agencies as our most important allies, providing a clear path for investors while achieving the highest standards in investor protection. The U.S. market should be the largest market for digital assets globally, and I firmly believe that the collaboration between FTX and IEX will contribute to the development of the U.S. market."
