Zachary Testa, born in 1997 in Arizona, graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 with a major in Marketing.
Pauly claimed that Zachary Testa used the proceeds from issuing $pepe to buy a $865,000 purple Lamborghini, but his team did not give a penny to Matt Furie, the original creator of Pepe the Frog.
Pauly stated that he was the one who helped connect the PEPE team with the Binance and Sushi teams for listing.

In addition to publicly disclosing his real identity, all social media platforms, and wallet information, Pauly also exposed Zachary Testa's dark history. Testa claimed to be a nature-loving landscape photographer, but he repeatedly violated regulations by illegally flying drones in protected national parks across the United States, multiple wilderness areas, sacred indigenous lands, and other drone-restricted areas, resulting in multiple fines and being blacklisted by the public organization publiclandshateyou.
Pauly also urged everyone to report to the SEC. When the fines from law enforcement actions exceed $1 million, whistleblowers are rewarded with 10% to 30% of the collected amount.
Report and earn! SEC whistleblowing rewards hit a new high, with a single whistleblower raking in $279 million, surpassing the total rewards for the entire year of 2022
