On September 19th, the public blockchain Solana SOL announced a collaboration with Android to introduce the second generation of Web3 smart phones, Solana Seeker. The core of Seeker is the mobile security custody protocol Seed Vault, developed in partnership with Solflare to create the new custody wallet Seed Vault Wallet.
In addition to supporting functions such as DeFi, payments, chain games, and communities, each Seeker comes with a Seeker Genesis token that is soul-bound, granting access to the Solana ecosystem and rewards eligibility. In the future, Seeker may collaborate with some startups, and users with Seeker will be the first to receive information on initial token offerings. Meanwhile, Solana Seeker also incorporates DePIN and an AI assistant.
A notable feature is that Seeker also integrates a zero-knowledge compression tool, ZK-compression tool, aiming to reduce airdrop costs by up to 4000 times.
Currently, Solana Seeker features a 6.36-inch AMOLED display, 8GB RAM, 128 GB storage, and dual cameras with a 108 MP high-resolution main camera and a 32 MP selfie camera. Pre-orders are open until September 21, 2024, at a price of $450, leading users into the world of Solana.
Pre-order customers can participate in the Solana Mobile pre-order community for a chance to receive airdropped tokens. If users have previously participated in Solana Mobile and pre-order Seeker, the airdrop will be automatically distributed to users who hold the Seeker pre-order.
