Arkham introduces "Tracer" feature for tracking fund flows! Explore any address and easily map out the flow of funds.

The blockchain data platform Arkham launched a fund tracking feature called "Tracer" today. With this feature, users can track any address and visualize the flow of funds they wish to observe. This article uses the wallet of Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin as an example to demonstrate how to use it.

Introduction to Arkham's "Tracer" Money Flow Tracking Feature

According to Arkham's official description, whether tracking hacker funds across chains or monitoring outflows from attacked cross-chain bridge contracts, all of these can be achieved with the newly launched "Tracer" feature.

In this feature, users can create, edit, and save money flow tracking diagrams for various stages, with filtering options allowing users to filter out the desired money flows based on blockchain, time, currency, and amount.

Below is a money flow diagram of one of Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin's wallets. On the left side of the screen, in addition to being able to filter money flows based on conditions, there are inflows and outflows related to this address displayed at the bottom.

At this point, users can choose to observe transactions as needed, such as Vitalik's past transactions with Uniswap, Tornado Cash, and donations to Ukraine. Further tracking reveals that after Ukraine received Vitalik's ETH donation, the funds were transferred to the Kuna exchange.

Furthermore, clicking on each transaction reveals more detailed transaction data. In this donation, Vitalik donated 750 ETH, with a total value of approximately 2.628 million US dollars.

Looking back at the source of funds for that address, it can be seen that there are fund transfers between Vitalik's various wallets, and multiple addresses have engaged in donations to Gitcoin.

After actual usage, it was found that this feature is not only powerful but also user-friendly. Users can drag, zoom in and out the money flow diagram themselves, and it will automatically save, ensuring that users do not lose any of their money flow analyses. Coupled with Arkham's own data features, it has become one of the most user-friendly on-chain information platforms in the market today.
