Uniswap Wallet Introduces "Swap Protection" Feature
According to an announcement by Uniswap, users conducting transactions through the Uniswap mobile wallet will automatically enable the "Swap Protection" feature, which sends the transaction through a private transaction pool to prevent users from falling victim to front-running attacks.
What is front-running? This article will provide a comprehensive explanation!
Due to this added layer of protection, some transactions may experience increased slippage in order to successfully complete the trade.
If users prefer not to use this feature, they can disable it in the settings or adjust the slippage range.

In addition to advancements in the wallet sector, the Uniswap Foundation recently launched an online education platform called "Uniswap University."
The Uniswap Foundation stated that the platform aims to provide a structured learning path for all participants, catering to both crypto beginners and DeFi Degen, offering suitable courses for all on the platform.
Uniswap University's platform content is mainly divided into four categories:
- Guides: Easily digestible courses ranging from simple "What is a DEX?" to in-depth "Strategy Backtesting Tools," including explanatory videos and visual teaching materials.
- Tidbits: For those with limited time, this section provides basic information that can be grasped in just 30 seconds, useful for revision and basic introductions.
- Simulations: Delve into hands-on learning, familiarize yourself with Uniswap operations in simulated scenarios, such as adding/removing liquidity or exploring advanced position management tools.
- Courses: Dive deep into learning through structured courses, with courses divided into two categories: "Getting Started with Uniswap" for fundamental concepts and "Liquidity Provider Course" for more advanced topics.
Through practical use, the courses indeed cater to all users, and even for those with doubts about the course content, the simulation section can further clarify and familiarize users with the Uniswap usage process. Interested readers are encouraged to try it out themselves!
