According to the Solana block explorer Solana Beach, the Solana block production is stuck at block 96538485, with a timestamp of 8:00 PM on the 14th, where all transactions have failed.
The Block's research director believes that it appears some of the validation nodes are running out of cache RAM, causing the block production to fail.
The issue seems to be connected to validators running out of RAM. Especially those running 128GB

Solana's official response at 20:38:
"Solana mainnet-beta is currently experiencing intermittent instability, engineers are investigating the cause."
And at 22:26:
"Network resource exhaustion leading to service denial, engineers are working on a resolution. Validators may need to restart nodes."
Resource exhaustion in the network is causing a denial of service, engineers are working towards a resolution. Validators are preparing for a potential restart if necessary.
