Team restructuring requests summoning of SBF's parents, former FTX executives, lawyer representing: they refuse to cooperate with any investigation.
In the legal documents submitted by the bankruptcy team of FTX on 1/25, it was pointed out that SBF's parents, his younger brother Gabriel Bankman-Fried, and related former employees are unwilling to cooperate with the investigation, especially since immediate family members hold advisory positions and should be subject to cross-examination by the court.

Lawyers have requested court authorization to issue subpoenas, with the requested list including:
SBF
Barbara Fried, mother of former political consultant at FTX
Joseph Bankman, father of former close advisor at FTX
Gabriel Bankman-Fried, brother of former political consultant at FTX
Nishad Sing, former Director of Engineering at FTX
Constance Wang, former COO at FTX
Gary Wang, co-founder and former CTO at FTX
Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research
Representative lawyers have requested the above-mentioned individuals to provide documents related to FTX operations, personal asset transfers, and any valuable items received from FTX.
It is noted that SBF's mother, Barbara Fried, completely ignored the request, and SBF's parents previously resided in a $16.4 million mansion in the Bahamas, transferring ownership to themselves, although they were aware that this property rightfully belonged to FTX.
In addition, SBF's brother, Gabriel Bankman-Fried, through his political lobbying organization Guarding Against Pandemics, purchased properties worth millions of dollars in Washington, with the restructuring team believing that these funds were also misappropriated from user assets.
The representative lawyers pointed out that they notified the individuals concerned on December 7th, 12th, 28th of last year, and January 19th of this year. Gary Wang and Caroline Ellison explicitly refused to cooperate, while Nishad Sing, Barbara Fried, and Gabriel Bankman-Fried completely ignored the requests. The lawyers of Joseph Bankman and Constance Wang are currently negotiating with the restructuring team regarding this matter.
