FTX enters final stages of claims process, choose between Bahamas or the US for claims by 8/16

Attention to users who wish to participate in the FTX Digital Markets Ltd. FTX Bahamas entity claim! Everyone should have received an email from FTX Digital today, 7/9, with the subject "FTX Digital Markets Ltd. In Official Liquidation “FTX Digital” – Election Form important action required." If you are certain about participating in the Bahamas entity's claim process, remember to log in to the website before August 16th and select to proceed with the final claim process here.

Users Must Choose to Join Bahamas or U.S. Claims by 8/16

FTX Digital Markets Ltd. has reached a cooperation agreement with FTX Bahamas entity and John Ray in the U.S. to lead the liquidation restructuring case. Clients can file claims through the U.S. process on the Kroll claims website or the Bahamas process on the FTX Digital claims website. Regardless of the process chosen, clients will receive approximately the same returns at the same time. The claims process is now in its final stages, and users must decide where they wish to file their claims.

What Should You Do to Participate in the Bahamas Process?

To participate in the Bahamas process, please log into the claims portal at https://digitalmarketsclaim.pwc.com and select Complete Election under Actions on the right side.

Check Option 1 to choose to participate in the Bahamas process and sign below it.

You will then receive an official email to confirm your choice, and users have the opportunity to make changes until the deadline on 8/16. Subsequently, officials will further contact users regarding identity verification.

If you choose to participate in the Bahamas process through this form, there is no need to fill out or submit any U.S. voting procedures. In this case, your claim will be withdrawn from the U.S. process.

If users do not choose to participate in the Bahamas process through this form or check the corresponding box on the U.S. ballot, the claim will be processed in the U.S. process.

How to Participate in the U.S. Process?

If users have previously applied for claims on both sides and ultimately decide to participate in the U.S. process, please ensure that the claim has been arranged in the U.S. process. If your claim has been arranged or you have submitted proof of claim in the U.S. process, you should receive a voting notice from the U.S. debtor.

If users have previously applied for claims on both sides and ultimately decide to participate in the U.S. process, after completing the U.S. vote, to ensure that the claim is ultimately processed in the U.S., please fill out the Bahamas process selection form before August 16 and choose "Option 2: Withdraw Bahamas Proof of Debt."
