According to a report, Brave expanded to 20 new regions last month, including European countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, and Italy, as well as economically distressed regions like Venezuela and Argentina.

Brave browser allocates 70% of ad revenue to reward users. The rewards program was launched earlier this year on the Android operating system and plans to expand to new countries by the end of the year. In the future, Brave plans to introduce ads so that content creators can display ads on their websites, with top content creators being able to share revenue with advertisers.

Users can only view ads by opting into the rewards program, as the browser blocks ads and trackers by default. According to statistics, the average click-through rate among the 71 ad clients on Brave's desktop browser is 22%, higher than the industry average.

Brave's creator Brendan Eich mentioned that the ad system may eventually be extended to other browsers and revealed that users could potentially earn up to $70 a year using the browser.

Brave has been actively expanding its business this year, partnering with many well-known platforms including Twitter, Reddit, and online encyclopedia Wikipedia.

As previously reported by ABM, Brave became the most downloaded browser in Japan in August. It currently has over 9 million users, with a 12.5% growth in user base in October.
