iOS exclusive! DEX aggregator 1inch releases mobile wallet app

The decentralized exchange aggregator protocol 1inch announced yesterday that team members of 1inch Labs have developed a mobile wallet based on the IOS system.

The wallet is named 1inch Wallet and aims to provide a user-friendly way for mobile users to execute operations on the blockchain. It is currently available on the App StoreDownload. According to the news release by the 1inch team(source), the application will be launched in stages. The first stage will focus on achieving a "highly secure wallet with exchange functionality," while features such as "staking, governance, and liquidity pools" will be introduced in subsequent versions. Additionally, the wallet also includes other features such as push notifications, iCloud encrypted backup, and the ability to approve and confirm transactions directly on Apple Watch. 1inch co-founder Sergej Kunz stated in an interview:

"We see many people using their mobile devices to interact with DeFi protocols, especially app.1inch.io. In order to provide the best user experience and offer the most comprehensive solution, we need a highly secure and modern cryptocurrency wallet, which is an essential component of the 1inch mobile application."

Furthermore, as the 1inch network moves towards cross-chain and interoperability, the 1inch Wallet will allow users to transact on Ethereum, BSC, and more networks to be supported in the future. Sergej Kunz mentioned in the news release:

"As we recently expanded the 1inch network to Binance Smart Chain (BSC), 1inch users can now easily switch between BSC and Ethereum for higher transaction speeds and lower fees. We are closely following the latest developments in the DeFi space and will provide support for other promising blockchains."
