Robinhood Wallet Adds Dogecoin and Bitcoin
Robinhood's crypto wallet, launched in March this year, initially supported Polygon and the Ethereum network. The official announcement on August 30th unveiled several updates:
Web3 Browser: Allows users to connect to DApps through the wallet
Support for more blockchains: Added Arbitrum and Optimism since March, and now supports Bitcoin and Dogecoin as of August 30th
Added fiat deposits: Eligible US users can fund their crypto wallets through Robinhood Connect
Rewards program: Introduced a learning reward program where qualifying users can earn USD rewards after completing simple courses

Robinhood Crypto Wallet Introduces "No ETH" On-Chain Trading Feature
The coin exchange feature within the crypto wallet is a new application, limited to the Ethereum network, with over 200 tradable tokens.
Notably, users do not need to hold ETH as the on-chain fees will be deducted from the tokens they hold.
The official emphasizes this is to make it easier for users to get started and use DeFi. Robinhood Manager Johann Kerbrat tweeted that the trading feature within the wallet will be available to all users in the coming weeks.

The Robinhood crypto wallet is now available to all iOS users and is expected to support Android by the end of this year. Android users can join the waitlist in the meantime.
