ChatGPT Enters the Enterprise Market
OpenAI has launched ChatGPT Enterprise, claiming it to be the most powerful enterprise-grade version of ChatGPT currently available in the market. It will encompass all the features of GPT-4 Plus but with significant performance enhancements, enabling companies to quickly explore problem-solving and assist in creative work.
It features the following characteristics and functions:
High-Level Data Security Protection
Data and information uploaded by enterprises will only be used once and will not be used for training the model; furthermore, information transmission between parties will be established on high standards and compliant encryption protocols.
Previously, due to privacy and data security concerns, ChatGPT was restricted within the U.S. government to only use GPT-4. The product has been completely banned in countries like Russia, China, Iran, and Italy. Even international companies such as Apple, Amazon, and Samsung have recently prohibited its employees from using it.
Advanced Data Analysis Tools
GPT Enterprise will provide a professional console and data dashboard to assist enterprises in analyzing potential opportunities or adjusting strategic directions.
Rapid and Unrestricted Task Completion
Enterprises will be able to use GPT-4 without restrictions and at twice the speed, with four times more text input and memory space limits. Additionally, all content can be shared with other employee partners.
It is worth noting that OpenAI is actively developing customized business tools to integrate company data into ChatGPT Enterprise, expanding the knowledge base and providing more tailored problem-solving solutions.
Participation of Multiple International Enterprises
OpenAI claims that the pricing of GPT Enterprise will not be disclosed and will be determined based on the company's scale. In a statement, they mentioned:
We believe that artificial intelligence can assist and enhance various aspects of our work and life, making teams more creative and productive. It will be able to customize and complete various tasks assigned by companies while protecting company data.
Furthermore, over 80% of the Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. have employees using GPT for work, and early users of the Enterprise version include well-known companies like Block, Canva, and Estée Lauder.
However, the quality of the GPT series products has been questioned to be declining after the June update, with a widely circulated research paper suggesting that the functionalities and experiences of GPT-3.5 and 4 are deteriorating over time.
