FTX announced that it will integrate "Reddit community points" into FTX Pay, allowing users to directly trade and pay with Reddit tokens on FTX Pay in the future!

FTX Pay: A New Form of Payment

FTX Pay offers an "external tool" (similar to a web plugin like Google Chrome) that allows merchants to embed the program on their websites, enabling "one-click payments."

For consumers, simply clicking on payment allows them to purchase goods directly, with funds transferred from the consumer's FTX account to the merchant's FTX account. Merchants can customize the program, setting which cryptocurrencies to accept, schedule fund transfers, and more.

Users will see the embedded program on the merchant's website, click on it to bring up the payment screen, select the cryptocurrency and amount to pay, and complete the transfer with just a click, even adding notes for convenience.

For merchants without an FTX account, as long as they have a complete website with products, registering on FTX, configuring custom parameters, and integrating the system is not difficult, taking only a few minutes. Merchants can then expand their payment options without platform transaction fees.

Aside from Reddit, current adopters of FTX Pay include Stratos Jets, a U.S. private jet charter brokerage, the globally renowned artist KAWS with the exhibition "KAWS: HOLIDAY," and NFL running back Aaron Jones' charity organization A&A All the Way.

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried stated, "We are excited to collaborate with Reddit. This integration will streamline the community points system and allow users to better utilize blockchain technology. FTX Pay's payment and transaction capabilities will enhance the user experience with community points."
