"Online Community Supports AMC Accepting Dogecoin!" AMC CEO Conducts Poll on Twitter, Also "Confesses" to Elon Musk
The CEO of the largest chain of movie theaters in the United States, AMC, conducted a poll on Twitter asking users whether they think AMC should accept Dogecoin as payment. The results showed that as many as 68.1% of people expressed their support.

After announcing that AMC will accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and Ethereum as payment, CEO Adam Aron initiated a Twitter poll asking the crypto community if AMC should also accept Dogecoin.
"I sincerely want to take a poll through this tweet to hear your opinion. By the end of 2021, AMC will accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash for payments. I've heard many people on Twitter say we should also accept Dogecoin. Do you think AMC should accept Dogecoin?" Adam Aron wrote.
Out of 140,388 respondents, 68.1% believe "Yes, AMC should," 8.6% say "Yes, but I don't use it," 7.1% think "No, it's not important," and 16.2% consider it a waste of time.
Adam Aron's tweet received 16,818 likes, including from Tesla CEO Musk.
Adam Aron expressed, "I never thought I would see this day. Elon Musk liked my Dogecoin poll tweet. If you happen to see this tweet too, Mr. Musk, congratulations to Tesla and SpaceX. I have been striving to be an innovator throughout my career, but you, sir, are the epitome of innovation."

AMC is the largest movie theater chain in the US, Europe, and globally. As of March 31, AMC owned or operated 950 theaters worldwide.
Adam Aron concluded by stating that it is clear from the online community that AMC should accept Dogecoin payments, "Now we need to figure out how to make it happen. Stay tuned!"
