Founded in March 2018, Lolli, headquartered in New York, is the first bitcoin rewards application. When users shop online, they receive Satoshis, the smallest unit of bitcoin, back in a similar way to cashback, and has partnered with over 500 top brands, including Hilton Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Booking.com, Hotwire, and more.
According to a report, through this strategic partnership, two out of the three largest travel websites globally are partners with Lolli, including Booking.com and Hotels.com, covering almost all major hotels worldwide. However, the popular accommodation booking website Airbnb has declined to partner with Lolli.
Lolli stated in their blog:
Bitcoin is fundamentally global. It is the first digital asset that anyone can truly own and freely trade, and our mission and vision have always aligned with the spirit of Bitcoin from the beginning. We aim to democratize the business world and allow everyone to easily earn and own Bitcoin through everyday activities like shopping and traveling.
Prior to announcing this partnership, Lolli ran a campaign on Twitter offering a reward of 0.01 bitcoin, approximately $100, to the first fan who correctly guessed the new partner.

In fact, the travel industry is no stranger to bitcoin. Cheapair was one of the first companies to accept bitcoin in 2014. In April of this year, the UK's largest travel management company, Corporate Traveler, also announced that they will accept bitcoin payments.
