Ukraine teams up with FTX and Everstake to launch donation website, providing 9 types of cryptocurrencies and 5 fiat donation channels.

Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation, Alex Bornyakov, announced today on Twitter that he has partnered with the staking service platform Everstake and the exchange FTX to launch a cryptocurrency donation website called "Aid For Ukraine," allowing donors to quickly contribute to aid the war-torn Ukrainian population in a one-stop manner.

Aid For Ukraine website currently provides 9 cryptocurrency addresses for donations. By connecting your wallet, you can donate quickly, and the current donation amount has reached around $49 million.

The website also considerately caters to investors who may want to HODL and hesitate to donate by offering 5 fiat donation channels. The funds raised will be used to assist the Ukrainian military and provide much-needed humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people.

Issuing NFTs to Document Russian Invasion Atrocities

According to the Guardian, Alex Bornyakov stated that the upcoming NFT collection will be a "museum of the war between Russia and Ukraine," expressing to the world and documenting the Russian invasion through NFTs.

Currently, the Ukrainian government has raised at least $60 million through cryptocurrencies, including a CryptoPunks NFT. These funds are mostly used to purchase defensive military equipment and support media activities.
