Prisma Finance attacked, cybersecurity experts comment: Restaking exploited, losses exceeding ten million euros.
Prisma Finance, the self-proclaimed ultimate in liquid-rebonding tokens (LRT), and the stablecoin protocol for LST (Liquid Staking Token) and LRT token collateral, has been attacked today.

The protocol Prisma Finance, which claims to be the ultimate in liquid restaking token LRT and introduces the stablecoin protocol for LST liquid staking tokens and LRT token collateral, has been attacked.
On the evening of 3/28 around 8 p.m., the official announcement acknowledged the attack, and the engineering team is currently investigating the issue.
Cybersecurity expert and founder of a cybersecurity company, Yu Xian, stated that Restaking suffered a major breach. Apart from the initial attacker's assault, there appear to be some copycat attackers following suit. It is understood that the protocol has incurred losses exceeding $10 million.
