The highest-profile business event "2021 SelectUSA Investment Summit" hosted by the U.S. Department of Commerce took place online from the 7th to the 11th of this month. The event invited current U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, current U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, and Microsoft's current CEO Satya Nadella, along with hundreds of well-known political and business leaders, to share their insights on the latest business trends, investment policies, and trends. Over 100 online booths were set up to showcase investment opportunities across the U.S. and allow global startups to introduce their products or services in-depth.

In addition, the highlight of the summit was the Pitch competition where startups introduced their products and services to U.S. investors and shared their goals for entering the U.S. market. This year's Pitch Session attracted over 200 startups from around the world. After selection by the organizers, more than 110 startups from 46 countries entered the Pitch stage. After a week of online pitching competition, CYBAVO was recognized as the winner of the cybersecurity Pitch Session, receiving the honor and free U.S. legal advisory services from the summit sponsor INBLF, laying the foundation for the team to enter the U.S. market.

It is worth mentioning that the second and third places in the cybersecurity Pitch event were won by two other cybersecurity teams from Taiwan, OYI Technology and Imvision from Israel. The two Taiwanese cybersecurity teams joined forces to defeat the cybersecurity team from Israel, showcasing the strength of Taiwan's information security.
