He stated that the first principle is to incorporate all current legislators and members of the Central Standing Committee into the governing team, and that the professional group will be used to cultivate future talent for inclusion in the government, while the political group will include individuals willing to participate in the next county and city mayor elections. In addition, he particularly nominated the younger generation, emphasizing that the Kuomintang is willing to promote the overall victory with a spirit of selflessness and unity, and stated that after multiple discussions, there is no political pressure.
