Bitcoin (BTC) falls below 25K, former Facebook coin executive interviewed: Making Bitcoin a global payment network
On the evening of 9/11, Bitcoin (BTC) briefly fell below 25K, reaching 24951 on Binance; at the same time, David Marcus, the former head of Facebook's cryptocurrency and payments division, just completed an interview, stating that they are trying to make Bitcoin a global payment network.

According to CMC data, the price of Bitcoin BTC has dropped by 14% in the past 30 days, lower than it was before the Grayscale lawsuit in late August.
Former Facebook Coin Head Interviewed: Making Bitcoin a Global Payment Network
David Marcus, former head of Meta's Facebook Coin and Payments division, is currently running his own Bitcoin infrastructure company Lightspark, dedicated to developing the Lightning Network.
He mentioned that they are working towards making Bitcoin a global payment network. While the current internet serves as a global money protocol for transmitting value, Lightspark's perspective is that Bitcoin BTC is not meant to be a currency for shopping.
