Bloomberg estimated the net worth of its CEO, CZ, to be as high as $96 billion yesterday.

According to a report by Bloomberg Bloomberg, 44-year-old CZ's net worth is estimated at around $96 billion, surpassing Asia's richest Mukesh Ambani, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, and Google founder Larry Page.

However, Bloomberg's estimate this time does not include CZ's personal cryptocurrency assets. According to CZ's previous interview with the Associated Press, if his Bitcoin and BNB values are taken into account, his actual wealth should be much greater than $96 billion.

In addition, according to Bloomberg's analysis of Binance's trading volume and fees, Binance generated at least $20 billion in revenue last year, more than three times that of Coinbase.

"From a U.S. perspective, Coinbase looks like an 800-pound gorilla, but Binance is even bigger than that," analyst Chris Brendler said.

According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, CZ's wealth stands out, with FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried and Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong's combined assets not even reaching half of CZ's.

Binance US and FTX Building Office Spaces on Portals

Although Binance's headquarters have yet to be established, it seems to be making progress in the world of the metaverse.

According to Coindesk, Binance US is building office spaces on the metaverse platform Portals on the Solana chain. The goal is to provide the latest news, charts, and events.

"We are creating a public space in the metaverse for the Binance.US community to come together. This is our first proactive step in building a new environment to engage with the community," said Binance.US spokesperson Zachary Tindall.

In addition to Binance US, Chris Lund, head of Portals community and partnerships, also mentioned that FTX US is currently creating a dedicated space on Portals. Projects on Solana such as Raydium, Magic Eden, Audius, Bonfida, and other projects will also have a presence in the virtual world of Portals.
