Polygon Co-Founder Jaynti Kanani Steps Down from Team
Polygon co-founder Jaynti Kanani announced last night on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying, "After launching Polygon in 2017, about 6 months ago, I decided to step back from day-to-day work. I have full confidence in Polygon's bright future and passionate community, and I will focus on new adventures while continuing to support and contribute to Polygon behind the scenes."
Upon hearing this news, community members have unanimously expressed their best wishes, with another Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal stating, "Let's keep pushing Polygon forward, whether internally or externally, it doesn't matter."
According to CoinMarketCap's data, Jaynti's departure seems to have had a minor impact on the price of MATIC. Following the news, the MATIC price dropped from $0.58 to $0.56, a decrease of about 3%.
