Earth-shattering gossip! Musk owns 103,000 bitcoins, or is he a whale in Dogecoin?

Cryptocurrency analyst and trader Adam (@Adam_Tache) made a shocking claim on Twitter, suggesting that Tesla founder Elon Musk is the owner of the wallet holding 28% of the circulating supply of Dogecoin, as well as the third largest Bitcoin wallet.

Does Musk own 103,000 bitcoins?

"As Dogecoin surged to 0.6942, everyone was watching the wallet that holds 28% of the total circulation. Let's take a closer look at some transactions, as well as this wallet and the third largest Bitcoin wallet." Adam tagged Musk.

Third largest Bitcoin wallet:

"On February 5, 2019, a Dogecoin wallet https://bitinfocharts.com/dogecoin/address/DH5yaieqoZN36fDVciNyRueRGvGLR3mr7L started accumulating a large amount of Dogecoin. Now that wallet holds 36.7 billion Dogecoins, accounting for 28% of the total circulation."

"In the following week, both the aforementioned Dogecoin wallet and Bitcoin wallet received their first large transactions on February 12 and 13. At 18:05 on February 12, the Dogecoin wallet received its first 1 billion Dogecoins, while at 19:37, the Bitcoin wallet received its first 1,000 Bitcoins, less than two hours apart."

"The next day, on February 13, both addresses received another large amount of Dogecoin and Bitcoin. 8 billion Dogecoins were transferred at 18:05 and 19:37; 9,000 Bitcoins were transferred at 18:07 and 19:28, respectively, with a two-minute and nine-minute gap."

"Dogecoin and Bitcoin being transferred into these two wallets within minutes of each other has happened many times in their hoarding history. This also occurred on April 5, 2019. These Bitcoin and Dogecoin were transferred within a minute of each other."

"Another instance was on January 7, 2020, between 17:26 and 20:08, with large transactions into both wallets."

"This is indirect evidence, but based on the approximate timing of the transfers, the owners of these two wallets may be related. Or they may be the same person."

"I'm not sure how many people are interested in Bitcoin and Dogecoin and can continue hoarding such large amounts. Also, on April 2, 2019, Musk tweeted about Dogecoin."

"This is what I found linking these two wallets. More links may need to be found to confirm whether Musk owns 103,000 bitcoins. Next, there are more discoveries about Dogecoin wallets..."

"Some have already mentioned that many transfer amounts are actually Musk's birthday. June 28, 1971. This can be seen in many small transfers, possibly from anyone."

"Many transactions involve 69 or 420 Dogecoins."

"Some easter eggs include: Patents and part numbers. The process patent US4003422A for a compound cylinder head assembly https://patents.google.com/patent/US4003422A/en.

Alphabetic ordering of US = 40 U is 21 + S = 19

Therefore, US4003422A = 4040003422.

"It could be using the part number of SolarCity as the amount of Dogecoins transferred."
